P&R’s return and/or cancellation policy for purchases is as follows:
Return of equipment or cancellation of an order is allowed up to 60 days after the product ships from our vendor(s).
All equipment must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with restocked items.
Accessories such as headsets and earbuds may not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Custom and/or special order products may be non-returnable.
